CD RETURN & OTHER POLICIES:
We guarantee your satisfaction with all CBCNA merchandise.
If you paid by credit card, your card was charged immediately after you placed your order, so the order cannot be cancelled. All sales are final and CD’s are not returnable unless you received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) in which case you are required within 5 days of receipt to send us a message explaining the position, and a Customer Service representative will contact you as quickly as possible.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to return an item and you must return such product(s) within 7 days of delivery. After we receive the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s) minus shipping and handling.
As you are aware Jewel boxes can become cracked or damaged in transit. Should this happen kindly notify us and we will be happy to replace same free of cost, but you are responsible for the postage.Caribbean Business Community (North America) Inc TM reserves the right to change the specific offers, services and prices offered without prior notice.
